I'd echo that.

Funny at the end when the woman sat behind me asked if it was real.

Imagine sat in a German Cinema with Miss F,who is a local, with all the build up to WW2

Felt strange.

Saw a film about a big lorry chasing a car.
It went on all through the film.
It was really good, forget what it was called.

Am hoping to watch "There but for Fortune", a documentary/film about Phil Ochs (one of my regular Avatars, for them who don't know).  As soon as I can find it, that is.  :(

The Dark Knight Rises is stunning.  Not quite as good as The Dark Knight but brilliant all the same.  Worth rewatching the first two before going to see it though.

Sadly this film will be synonymous with other events in the last 36 hours.

Highlander, classic watched it again the other night and it's still fantastic...though the way they fecked the others up spoiled it in the end specially as i waited years having read and saved a tiny scrap of paper saying there was to be a highlander 2 coming soon...

Soul Surfer, true story of surfer chick AnnaSophia Robb who lost an arm to a shark attack, not even finished watching it yet and it's one hell of an inspirational story.

Acting won't win any awards but the feeling this movie gives you(so far)is worth the time alone.

There can be only one... Or two, three - even a TV series.

I think it's one of the better ones.

If you want crap....Thunderball and Moonraker.

Yep, Moonraker was on last week and I switched over to the synchronised swimming in the O´s..... ha ha

In fact Roger Moore as Bond is shite.

Agreed. Bond films always had the corny jokes, but Moore was a bit too camp for a secret agent. One of my favourites (post Connery & Moore) was one that nobody mentions. I thought Timothy Dalton played him well. Mean and moody, not always looking happy. That's why I like Daniel Craig. He looks miserable half the time and I assume that's how Bond WOULD be at times. Not always calm and collected.

Going to watch "Expendable 2" this coming Friday with Mr Man

Just fancied watching a light hearted action film, with no thought required.

I watched a film the other night from last year. 'Unknown' starring Liam Neeson. A really good thriller. I'd recommend it if you haven't seen it.

Watched Expendables 2 with Mr Man this afternoon.

If you want to watch an all action film, with no thinking to do, then it is a must see film, and actually enjoyed it.

About 3m bullets used, approx 3k killed, tongue in cheek dialogue.  They should have called it "Rambo with Friends"

With the likes of Stallone, Statham, Crew, Chuck Norris, Arnie, Jet Li, Bruce Willis, Dolph Lundgren, Van Damme etc, then what do you expect to see.

As said, enjoyed it, and it was good for me and Mr Man to have a day out together, in doing something that is not football related.
