Wolves don't look worse than us, that was one game.

The table doesn't lie, they're better than us.

i've seen them a few times this season. The best i've seen them play was vs Norwich to earn a draw.

by a point. So by your logic, a week ago when we were above them, we had been better than them all season? There is very little in it, I think we can finish above them.

Yep, at that point we were the better team.

Now, we're not. Simple.

i don't get what you are trying to argue or debate here? i've said we can finish above Wolves having seen them this season a number of times and have seen their best vs our best and think we can come out on top of them. You are saying "no we cant because today they are above us in the table so the table says they are better and will stay better"???

Wolves remaining fixtures and my predictions
Newcastle away 0pts
Fulham away 0pts
Blackburn home 3pts
Man Yoo home 0pts
Norwich away 0pts
Bolton home 1pt
Stoke away 0pts
Arsenal home 0pts
Sunderland away 0pts
Citeh home 0pts
Swansea away 0pts
Everton home 3pts
Wigan away 1pt

21 + 8 = 29pts

And now us
Millwall away in cup (adding these as they will play a part) win to next round
Chelski away 0pts
Citeh away 0pts
QPR home 1pt
Villa away 0pts
Blackburn home 3pts
Wolves away 1pt
Fulham home 3pts
Newcastle away 0pts
Spurs home 0pts
Swansea home 3pts
Sunderland away 0pts
West Brom home 3pts
Stoke away 1pt

20 + 15 = 35

difference of 6 points. Therefore there is still room for a bit there either way, could well come to goal difference between us and Wolves.

However, QPR will have a tough run in too, we stand a chance. More than a chance.

I'm not saying get the ticker tape and bunting out, but don't instantly say Wolves are better and will finish higher than us without thought.

Here are the leading players in the Premier League Combined Goals & Assists Table for season 2011-12, updated to include Matchday 25...

...Tottenham Hotspur's Emmanuel Adebayor becomes the first player to reach double figures in both goals and assists this season.

Altogether, 287 different players have scored or provided assists (or both) so far this season....

Newcastle do not look great.

I think they've lost a dimension to their game with Cisse up top. Best did a good job as a target man. Now they don't really have that.

Cisse needs to settle in though, I know he's quality but he hasn't had a positive effect on their game.

Blackburn will be an impressive three points clear if they hold on to this win at Wolves.

Would be an incredible story if Keane keeps them up! Mental.

Well I'm not fussed who goes down but has a manager ever been under as much pressure as he has and managed to keep his job?

If both Bolton and Blackburn stay up, it would be a good achievement for both of them.

Definitely.

Wolves may well have shot themselves in the foot with not replacing McCarthy. They were going to be in the fight with Mick, but is TC completely out of his depth?
