Scoring a screamer inside seven seconds of kick off and scoring the winner too.

Six goals in nine for him.

Good luck to the lad, hope he keeps it up, despite how poor he has looked before now.

Can't believe we got rid of him tbh.

I always said he would make it at a high level and he's proving that now at Barnsley.

Spontaneous Human Combustion ?

Good goal though... saw it on Sky News this morning ...to be honest I was more interested in Jacquie Beltrao :-)

Does this mean we have to type in silly big letters?

Hardly silly. Perfectly reasonable size and font.

Excuse my wonderment that a Barnsley player was one of the ten most discussed things on one of the biggest networking sites on the internet.

you know it's bad when a player who couldn't get close to our first team in the past 2 years of his time with us is dearly missed.

Goals isn't our problem. It's defence. Or more aptly, a lack of one.

Am I missing something here? Are you suggesting that an army of Bolton fans are posting how much they miss Vaz Te on Twitter? Are there no more beds in the local psychiatric wards or something?

Vaz Te is playing at his level. How many years did he spend with us, with virtually every single Bolton fan acknowledging that he just wasn't good enough?

He was in Costa coffee on Monday in Victoria Sq. His drink is a cappacino for anybody interested. It was busy but he found a table...but fell over before he could get to it.

Just kidding...he likes a Latte.

Absolutely disgusted at whoever let him leave the club.

He's a gifted footballer, do we have a buy back clause?

They are looking to sign Maynard, Vaz Te and Morrison today.

add to their front line of Cole, Sears, Baldock, Carew and Montenegro

so 8 strikers.

ambition or stupidity?

I guess he's doing it because he can?He said judge him if he didn't get them promoted, but that was like saying, "You can strike me down if bears stop sh*tting in the woods". They were always a massive favourite to be promoted again. It's harder to fail than succeed.

Not sure about that 'harder to fail than succeed', there have been plenty of managers who fail with great teams and budgets. Think its a little harsh, and yes it's not the hardest of jobs but he still deserves credit for it!
