This is my favourite tournament by miles. This is football as it used to be in my eyes and the crowds are fantastic. Skill, flair and tough tackling. ITV are covering the highlights.

Well done Zambia. A rising footballing nation. They've beat the big 3 teams of the tournament in Senegal, Ghana and Ivory Coast. Fully deserve this.

I still cant help but think the whole tournament is a fix! from qualifying with cameroon, nigeria and eygypt not making it to Zambia who looked like a team of kids winning an ivory coast team full of world stars... I know it's harsh and i hope im wrong but it just doesn't seem right!
