Just had two emails informing me of replies to topics that I have been the last contributor to. When I go to them there is no reply - "Bolton Stats" and "Chris Thompson". The name doesn't appear in the members list - something like hty98? I can't quite remember as I've deleted the emails now.
Anybody else had anything like this. Don't know what to make of it.

But we sometimes get "spam " overnight.
Billy and I usually delete the posts and members.

I don't quite understand what "spam" would be in this instance.

They post at the end of a thread ... most times overnight, usually advertising something.
If Billy or I delete them before you see them, I guess, that the only evidence is these emails that you can opt in to.

Just to confirm, a spammer (no, I don't want a baby carrier or a pair of Jordan training shoes) posted in around 7 or 8 old threads and was still at it when I logged on early this morning. I deleted all the offending posts, and then (this is my favourite bit), deleted the user whilst they were still logged on and posting more crap. 
I love catching spammers in the act!! (F)
