i used to play one where you could stipulate which subs to make at certain points in the game if your team was playing a certain way...but that was a game where you had to pay for credits so i guess they could afford a more complicated game engine....

anyway, i'll be out tonight so will be interesting to get back and see how my team's done :)

If you are out, perhaps you could get Big Sam to stand in for you?

No? I thought not.

Is anyone interested in the Xpert Pools?  Everyone's money goes into one pot to share between the winner(s).  You have to predict six results (home/away/draw, not exact) which is a lot I realise, but it could be fun if lots of us did it.

For me, we'd have to change the standard bet (it's currently at 200,000!) down to the minimum (50,000).  But only the league admin can do that, and it wouldn't take effect until the game after this.  But then maybe that time could give us a better assessment of how people are faring.

Geoff Jenkins was in town and felt a sudden urge for a saussage. Without thinking he jumped the queue and at the same time muttered something rude about pensioners. The old lady next to him started shouting and hitting him with her handbag. In the bag was her perfume bottle which hit Geoff Jenkins right on the nose. Geoff Jenkins will be unable to train or play matches for 14 days because of a broken nosebone.
That's just ridiculous!

Bit slow on the uptake for this one, but I thought I'd give it a go so I've just applied and am second on the waiting list.
